How do I know how much I need to order?
For each product, we try to clearly indicate how much you will need per m2 for your project. If you are unsure, you can indicate this when ordering and we will gladly check it for you.
How is the delivery of my order done?
We ship small products like accessories and glue daily viaPost.nl
For larger items like artificial grass, we have our own internal delivery service. After receiving your order, we will get to work cutting your artificial grass to size. Once this is done, we will call you to arrange the delivery together.

Does the driver help with unloading?
The driver delivers to any location that is easily accessible with his cart on which the rolls of artificial grass are placed. It is obviously not intended for him to go with 20 bags of sand to the back of the garden.
We apply the common sense principle here ;-)
Can we also pick up ourselves?
Picking up is perfectly fine with us. We also apply the same principle as deliveries here.
When we have your order ready, we will call you to agree on a time when you can come to pick it up.
